The attendant at the San Francisco airport car rental counter had a poor attitude. After declining to upgrade the car model and purchase fuel and insurance, he barely looked at us properly. Since we arrived at night, there were few vehicle options, and the available cars were relatively old models.
Great service attitude, high rental price, would choose again if given the chance.
