It was a simple process to collect the car at taoyuan Taipei international airport. Just call the given number and a shuttle van picked us up and straight to the collection point which is near to the airport. Vice versa for car return. Car was new and in clean condition. Wait outside at no. 18 and look for staff wearing the IWS blue yellow T-shirt. Getting and returning car was very fast, car is new. Staff brought us back to airport with our hired car.
