Picking up the car takes very long, they spend about 20-30 minutes per customer. The service attitude is also poor.

Poor service, the counter staff were impolite, and it was difficult to contact the car rental company even through the platform.

It took two hours from arriving at the reception desk to driving away in the car and there was very little interest in our needs and mostly concern about their attempts to maximise vehicle use so we had to wait for a vehicle that had just been returned to be checked and cleaned - and not much of an apology

The car was not totally clean outside and inside was very dirty.

The booking is smooth.

Not enough staff to serve the guest. I wait more than half hour to get my car even though that day is not a busy day. no long line up. Also the condition is change if you are BC resident. (mileage limitation : 300km)
