Excellent

I booked a Volkswagen Tiguan but received a plug-in hybrid Suzuki Across. The car had only 2000 miles on it and was quite new. The space was decent, but the small battery made it impractical for charging at public stations, so I had to drive it on fuel only, which was noisy but seemed fuel-efficient. Unfortunately, despite confirming with the staff at return that there were no overtime charges, the fuel tank was full, and the car was undamaged, I was inexplicably charged £20. I also did not receive a final invoice explaining the charges. It has been three working days since the platform sent an inquiry, and I have yet to receive a response. During pickup, there were 4-5 upsell attempts, but the staff awkwardly explained that they had to ask the customers due to system prompts, which I understood. I despise Europcar's system for this.

Europcar forced a downgrade. I returned on the 1st, and it's now the 19th with still no resolution. When I discovered an issue at pickup, they treated us differently, saying you rented through a third party, and we didn't receive your payment, so Europcar can't handle it.

Not good. The car broke down. I had to get myself to Birmingham airport to pick up a new one. New one had a warning light on. Left my sunglasses - $250! in the car and no response to return them.

Fastest and most efficient pick up and drop off that I have found at Heathrow ever-and I travel a lot and have hired many cars.Car was ready and clean and performed perfectly for the entire 25 days

For some reason Easy Rent Cars were cheaper than going direct to the car firm. Didnt use the price drop protection but checked many times and never saw cheaper than when I booked.
