Second time renting from this company, very convenient!

The pick-up process was not very smooth. I have rented cars in Los Angeles many times, and I only needed to present my Chinese driver's license. But this time, I was assisted by an older Indian man whose attitude was extremely cold, filled with arrogance and disdain. He insisted we provide a translation of the license. Later, we switched to a white service agent, and we didn't need any of that—just signed and took the car. The mindset of Indian and Pakistani staff really needs to be adjusted. During the drop-off, they insisted that we write down the mileage, which was never required before.

Just drove a Camry for 600 miles, the car was in great condition, and both pickup and return were very convenient.
