The service attitude was very good when picking up and returning the car, but when it came to refunding the deposit, there was basically no response. It was initially promised to be refunded within 30 days, but after 33 days, there was no refund at all and no way to contact the staff.

I deposited 1000 AUD, but it's been a month and a half since I returned home and I still haven't received it back. I don't understand why.

Unexpected car swap without prior notice. When picking up the car, they asked if I wanted it, leaving me unprepared!

All contact methods failed to reach the company, directly causing a four-hour delay in pick-up time and ruining the entire day's schedule.
