Heading North

Picked up the car at Enterprise, there was no one there, just got the car directly. The car was in great condition, only 1500 kilometers! The staff were very nice, no sales pitches. Adding an extra driver costs extra.

Excellent service, the staff himself take us back to the airport…really appreciated.

On return of the vehicle, there was a little chip on the windscreen. I found the charge was over the price

Need to check the vehicle thoroughly, as the slightest chip on the windscreen will be your problem when you return the vehicle. On collection, quite a long process using a self service machine, definitely missing the human touch. On return, took some time to inspect the vehicle.

Excellent price

The "prepaid fuel" option was quite misleading, the staff suggested was going to be cheaper - which is only the case when the full tank is actually used. It felt like a try to squeeze extra money.
