The African-American lady managing the vehicles at the San Francisco airport had a biased attitude. She smiled at white customers but gave me, an Asian girl, a very old car without Bluetooth support. Feeling cheated, I requested a change and was then given a 2018 GMC. Additionally, I was forced to buy personal insurance, which they claimed was required by California law.

Alamo's service is great and the prices are very affordable. The best part is that you don't need to pay in advance; you can pay at the store. Both picking up and returning the car were very quick, especially the return process, which only involved a brief check before we were on our way.
