The service attitude was very mediocre. The actual model provided was incorrect. Additionally, they claimed there was a small scratch on the wheel when we returned the car and wanted to charge us £156, which is several times the rental price. It's outright extortion! Such minor scratches don't need repair, and they couldn't prove there were no scratches before. They completely disregard reasonable customer complaints!
