I clearly stated that I would return the car at 10 PM on the 31st, but there was no staff working at that time and nobody answered the phone. This caused me a lot of trouble.

The staff were super nice and very patient. When picking up the car, they upgraded me from an X-Trail to a Pathfinder. The car was very new. When returning the car, it only took 5 seconds for them to glance at it and ask if the tank was full. They didn't inspect it thoroughly at all.
