Everyone should definitely avoid this scam company. I paid 4500 RMB for a 2-day rental, which I accepted. When returning the car on the weekend, there were no staff, and I was told to just park the car and leave the keys in the drop box. Later, they sent me a repair bill equivalent to 16,000 RMB. You can buy a used car for that amount in my country! Looking at the damage list, it seems they inspected with a magnifying glass. Disgusting and despicable!
Overall service was satisfactory. A pre-authorization of 200 CHF was held and released a week after returning the car. We had reserved a RAV4 but received a new Kia KN, which was also quite comfortable.
Why add a cross-border fee of 30 francs? Why add an agency fee of 20 francs? I have already paid in full in advance. I hope the platform and the car company will handle these costs.
The location comes up as hertz downtown which doesn’t correlate to the actual location
