車を受け取るのに約1時間かかりました。中国語のスタッフがいました。レンタル料金と事前承認額が引き落とされました。交通違反ごとに84ポンドが差し引かれると言われました。違反金は別途請求されます。返却時に後輪に1.5cmの浅い傷がありましたが、174ポンドを差し引かれました。全ての保険を購入していたため、書類を取得し帰国後、レンタル会社にクレームを申し立てました。

The counter staff was less that polite, he rushed us and basically kicked us out of the office during the pick up. We were sent to the parking garage to find the car by ourselves and no one to check on the conditions of the car upon pick up.

Long waits. Worst up-selling and misleading car hire experience I've ever had. Charged crazy amount for minor scuffs on wheels that were there before my rental. Service was horrible. Won't be using Green Motion ever again.
