I ordered on the 8th and expected the car delivery at 21:00 on the 9th. Before placing the order, I called and specified door-to-door delivery. The customer service asked me to place the order online, so I paid the full amount of 514 RMB. I confirmed the delivery address twice while ordering. On the 9th, I landed and waited at the hotel until 21:00 without any contact. Then I called customer service, and they informed me:
They used something similar to domestic ETC, and charged me 993 THB for a toll fee of 30 THB. This is simply outrageous and they were very rude. Communication was futile.
Additionally, I booked an Innova, but when I arrived to pick up the car, they told me it wasn't available and gave me a Fortuner instead. Given that I was abroad, I didn't have time to argue with them and it disrupted my itinerary. It was a disappointing experience.
They require a credit card deposit of 9000, which is absolutely unreasonable. Plus, it takes 30 days after returning the car to get the deposit back. Unbelievable!
