I assumed it would be a Ford Focus of the same grade, but after completing the paperwork and going to the parking lot, I discovered it was a smaller class car. Moreover, there were no staff members at the parking lot, and it was self-service pickup. This is clearly misleading and deceitful. If you don't have the specified model, you shouldn't charge for it. I felt very disappointed. I was carrying large luggage and didn't want to go back to discuss switching cars.

予約には税金が含まれていましたが、レンタル時にスタッフから追加の税金を請求され、ウェブサイトで購入したフルカバー保険は認められませんでした。追加でガラス保険とタイヤ保険を購入しないとフルカバーとして認められないと言われました。言葉の壁と行列ができていたこともあり、仕方なく了承しました。追加の金額は大きくありませんでした。車は比較的新しく、ディーゼル車で車の状態はとても良かったです。

強硬保険セールス以外に、他のサービスもいいし、また借りディーゼル車120欧州の税を別の外交が必要で、皆さん注意したが、最初はどういう連携コール・コミュニケーションを知らないたからこそずいぶんはっきり
ボイストレーニングの時に強硬セールス、保険、レンタカー会社に電話をかけ、コールの手伝いを解決した

列を長くしないが、すでに買ったqeeqのスーパーと全手当、ヘルツの店员を教えないでくれ买った店が全手当、差し押さえました一台の車で約600ユーロ余り、まだ返して来た
レンタカーに減点された多、お金の問題にqeeqコールを反映し、返事も適時に、しかし今まで問題がまだ解決し、お金も返して来ない
