The car pickup process was quick, and the service was attentive. There were two efficient young men at the store. I made some requests during the car inspection, and they were very patient and meticulous. We had booked a Mitsubishi SUV but actually got a Honda SUV. I had requested a booster seat via email, and they confirmed it, but at the location, they only had child safety seats, which were a bit more expensive but my child was very comfortable and safer! Returning the car was even simpler. We reached the airport branch almost exactly at 7 PM. The two young men were waiting for us at the entrance, and they completed the inspection in less than a minute. They didn't ask any of the questions I had prepared answers for. The shuttle to the airport was ready in advance. The entire process was excellent and we had no complaints about East Coast. Full marks!
