女性スタッフが入口ですぐに笑顔で迎えてくれましたが、実際には車種のアップグレードを売り込むためでした。しかし、アップグレードが成功しなかった途端に態度が急変しました。また、契約書がフランス語だったため、スタッフがこっそり指定車種の料金を追加していたのに気づきませんでした。その結果、サインする際に告知されずに最終的に50ユーロ以上も「騙し取られ」ました。今後、レンタカーを利用する方には契約書を十分に確認することをおすすめします。この女性スタッフには本当にがっかりしました。

The rental car had an additional charge of 60 EUR but I'm not sure why. There was a chip in the car's window that I didn't notice when picking it up.
