Staff at the store were very enthusiastic

Hertz rented the car to me, and when I returned it, they took away my contract and receipt! They didn't leave any documents with me!! When I returned the car, they told me there was tire wear, which I insisted did not happen during my rental period. Given that we found two scratches when we picked up the car and reported them, I believe Hertz may have used this car to scam us! Also, the staff said they would check with the store about the tire scratches before the rental, but they still made us sign and charged us 110 euros for repair, which was not our fault!

When picking up the car, a male staff member repeatedly insisted on buying insurance, otherwise, he said there would be issues. He was very unfriendly, but I insisted on not buying it. When returning the car, a female staff member was smiling and provided normal service. There was no car inspection, I simply handed back the keys and showed the fuel receipt. The final price matched the booking price. Due to schedule delays, I picked up the car a day late. The manual car I requested was no longer available; instead, I got a very small car in poor condition, but it didn't have any problems.

We needed a GPS for navigation, so we paid extra to upgrade to a Mercedes B180. However, after getting the car, we found that the built-in navigation didn't work, so we took a TOMTOM navigation device from the store. When returning the car, we were only charged for the vehicle upgrade and not for the navigation device. That was quite good.
