The Chinese language service is nice and very helpful. Changing the drop-off location was also smooth, but there was a charge that wasn't clearly explained over the phone. To expedite the process, I agreed to the charge. One uncomfortable point: I booked a Jeep, but at the counter, they said only Hyundai was available and recommended an upgrade. Convenient and fast

Very good service, no deposit required, affordable price. I chose a car with only 1500 miles on it, and it was very comfortable to drive.

The front desk staff had an excellent attitude, patiently answering our questions and bringing a warm, welcoming feel to our travel-weary selves. After picking up the car, we were pleasantly surprised to find multiple vehicles to choose from! We quickly chose an almost-new Volkswagen Tiguan with only 700+ miles driven! The car ran smoothly throughout our trip, leading to a very pleasant rental experience!

The GPS provided was quite unreliable, often directing us to toll roads, but everything else was fine. Both pick-up and drop-off were fairly quick.
