The staff were very friendly, patient, and meticulous! The procedure was quite convenient, and the car model was excellent. The BMW 320D was particularly reliable on the many winding, narrow, and slippery country roads in the UK!

Very good, efficient rental and return process. There is a shuttle bus to and from the airport, which is quite convenient. Booked a Passat automatic, but got an Insignia instead. The car was very new with plenty of interior space, and the trunk could fit three 24-inch suitcases. The built-in English GPS was useful (if you're not confident with English, it's recommended to rent a free GPS from the QEEQ website).

Fast and professilnal; all details were explained. Hand off was very knowledgeable and prepared us for all eventualities.

There was no other cars available so I get the petrol Jaguar. I am not particularly fond of this car, but everything else was good.
