I booked an automatic car, but upon arrival, they informed me there were only manual cars available. Belgrade's road conditions are not good, and I have no experience driving manual cars, which ruined my whole self-driving trip.
The car had only half a tank of fuel when picked up, and I was informed that I just need to return it with the same fuel level. Be sure to take photos during pickup as proof.
The tire had a bulge and they refused to replace it, saying it wasn't a problem. What if I get a blowout on the highway? Safety is no small matter. I suggest avoiding this rental company.
The staff at Enterprise were quite friendly, but since my credit card limit was insufficient, I was forced to buy additional expensive insurance.
