We encountered some issues with our car rental from Europe Car in France. The customer service immediately contacted us and helped with the communication. Everything was resolved properly in the end. We felt very assured. We'll definitely use Zuzuche for our next self-driving trip abroad.

Near Saint-Lazare train station in the city center, went early and there was no queue.

There was a bit of a language barrier at first, and the staff seemed quite impatient and unfriendly towards Chinese people.

The agent's English was poor and he kept pushing additional insurance. I had to ask my French friend to speak with him in French over the phone to resolve it. Bad service! The car I got was a Toyota Avensis (station wagon), but I couldn't find it in the options so I selected 'Toyota Corolla' instead.
