The staff at Europecar had a very poor attitude. Even though I provided all the necessary documents, they said my license translation wasn't stamped and refused to rent me a car. They also refused to communicate with the customer service of the booking platform.
We booked a Passat because we had a lot of luggage and there were five of us, but ended up with an Arteon station wagon instead. The trunk space was still decent—just enough to fit our luggage, including two 25-inch suitcases.
The store at the east entrance of Munich train station had my car ready when I arrived. They didn't mention any additional insurance, and I just filled out the information and picked up the car. The rental cost over 290 euros, and a deposit of 300 euros was taken.
It was okay, but the selection of car models is limited. There was no on-site confirmation when returning the car.
