They refused to give us the rental car we had chosen and then were very aggressive when we insisted that they give us the midsize SUV we rented instead of a compact car. Horrible service at the counter despite telling them that I needed to get on the road to rush to a family medical emergency. I will never rent with them again.

The car was not full tank, everything else was okay

Need find a smoother more modern way to get vehicle to customers at desk. Waiting for car another 15 mins to go thru car wash then it’s still dirty inside and bugs still stuck to windows

The car wasn't cleaned prior to our rental and it was a filth ball. We didn't find out until well on our way to the ski slopes that the rig wasn't 4x4 wheel drive. My bad for not specifying, but who makes a 2-wheel drive full-sized SUV? It defeats the purpose of an SUV. We had to purchase chains for the vehicle to comply with the Colorado Traction Law. Miscellaneous charges of more than $100 showed up on our receipt that were later removed after we called to inquire. The answer was something about computer errors. Highly suspect. Not happy !!
