Due to the pandemic, some branches have closed, making it difficult for me to return the car at a different location (I wanted to return it early because of the lockdown, but I couldn't because I couldn't book a ferry between the islands and had to stay near the port for an extra week. I noticed that other larger rental chains allowed flexible returns at the port). If you need flexible return options, you should pay attention to this. But this is probably only an issue during the pandemic. Although the company is small, their service is quite personalized; you can contact their staff anytime. I drove the car for almost a month, and they were very understanding of my changing plans whenever I checked in with them, which felt quite warm. The extension fee was charged at the original daily rate, which was very transparent. The car was not a 2017-18 model Corolla; I believe it was a 2012-13 model. It didn't have USB charging or music playback, but it was still fairly reliable despite being older.

Great value and friendly service. Only problem was it didn't have full tank. Got stuck buying fuel at the ski resort at $30 for 5 litres next day. Cars should be provided with full tank.
