Overall satisfied. The store has few staff and they are quite busy, always answering the phone. The first car had a problem with a broken high beam light. After we reported it, they immediately gave us a replacement car.
The management fees are not transparent and exaggerated. There is no explanation given before picking up the car, and once incurred, the fees can be higher than the rental order itself. The calculation method is unclear, and pre-authorization allows direct charges without the renter's consent. Renters are completely at the mercy of the companies.
