Overall service was good, but I didn't understand why my global card didn't work there. It took more than an hour to sort it out before finally being able to take the car using another method. The car's condition was quite good.

“Great for the price”

The car was after 50k. Not so clean. With a lot of scretchs. It was a leak of water from the roof when it was raining. But it was big van with a lot of space and very comfortable.

All good although an issue with accepting a UK Post Office MasterCard Credit card for the holding deposit. Refused to accept card and then had to provide another which was OK. Could not adequately explain what was wrong with the Post Office Credit Card.

Iv'e orderes 5 seat station wagon like opel astra wagon and get at the pickup a renault scenic. A beautiful and shiny car with a lot of space. The most usefull thing i liked in this car is the option to change the whole language interface of the car to my mother tongue of hebrew.
