Constant upselling of full insurance, fuel service, etc. Renting a baby seat on-site was 30% more expensive than the app estimate. No Chinese service. Instructions to take the shuttle bus to the rental point were unclear and difficult to find.
The car is a bit old, but overall it's good. However, the wait for the shuttle to the airport after returning the car took longer than expected, which made catching my flight a bit rushed.
The staff at the counter on pick up were lovely and so helpful. We had trouble working the GPS so they came out and tried a new cord but we still couldn't get it to go so they came out again and showed us a few things on it to make it easier.
