There was a bit of a wait when renting the car, probably waiting for someone to return their car so it can be rented to us. Returning the car was very quick. Overall pretty good.

Picked up the car at Launceston Airport. On the third day, the car lost power on the way to Cradle Mountain. Since there was no cell signal in the mountains, we couldn't call for help. Fortunately, a passerby helped us call for assistance. We waited at the spot for over two hours, then got towed to Davenport where we got a free upgrade for the replacement car. It took four to five hours in total. The exaggerated part is they charged us extra after returning the car, and only acknowledged it after we queried the details through the bank.
