There was no Chinese-speaking staff when picking up the car, which caused the process to take over half an hour!!!
Did not purchase their expensive insurance!!! The staff told me the car had damage (after about 10 minutes of poor translation), but I couldn't understand where the damage was, how many spots, or if it would affect driving!!!
When returning the car, I drove around the airport three times before finding the designated drop-off location. The navigation was useless (couldn't direct to the specific location)!!! Trying to contact the rental company was impossible (couldn't understand English, no Chinese-speaking staff)!
Different from the original model, very disappointing. Originally booked a Hyundai for 8 people, but got a KIA instead. The space feels completely different.
