There is a self-service machine for car pick-up, very convenient. The car is also very new, and the return process was smooth.

I really like Alamo's service, fully self-service.

Friendly and simple procedures

The number of airport shuttles is relatively fewer compared to other companies, but everything else is great. The self-service kiosk for picking up the car is very convenient.

Like: Great selection of vehicles and good value.
Dislike: First rep tried to upsell an upgrade and goes onto insisting on a Chinese driver's license even though I had a voucher clearly stating that a US or Canadian driver's license is acceptable. He didn't make much effort to help and sent me to wait in line again at Customer Service counter, where the service rep was a lot more helpful and straighten out the issue by doing a simple check on the order comments.
