Waited 1 hour to pick up the car.

Every time I go to the counter, it's almost impossible to find someone. Very few staff speak Chinese. The return location is extremely hard to find, and I got lost several times.

No one was at the counter on time, and the phone couldn't be reached. The actual car provided did not match the order and was not of the same class. They only agreed to change the vehicle after I requested a cancellation.

We got an upgrade of vehicle which included a GPS, which was convenient. The drop-off process was a bit slow as they seemed to have a number of people dropping cars off at once. They convinced us to buy a NETS flashpay card that we could have bought at half the price from a 7-Eleven, but it was convenient to have the card. We didn't re-fuel the car but had driven the car very little so were only charged a $1/litre petrol surcharge, which was very reasonable.
