The service staff were not very polite. The requested Jeep was not provided and I was randomly given another car. Upon returning the car, I had to wait a while before someone attended to me. Despite having refueled the car at the airport gas station before returning it, I was still charged extra without any explanation.
They were dismissive towards Chinese people, chatting with colleagues while handling matters. When finally available to process the car rental, they claimed they couldn't understand the bilingual confirmation form. Just because the Chinese characters were larger than the English ones, they insisted I read the confirmation number in English, at a slow pace. I switched to another person, who also spoke only English but was swift and efficient.
The service efficiency at the store was very high and the staff had a great attitude. The car inspection was quick when returning the vehicle!
