Self-service eliminates the need to queue at the counter

Had to take a shuttle to the company, but picking up the car was quick and returning it was convenient.

No upselling of insurance. Not too many smiles. The process was fairly efficient.

This is my second time renting from Alamo. Picking up and returning the car was very convenient, the vehicle was in good condition, and the trip was very enjoyable.

The procedures are quite simple, which is great. It would be even more convenient if the self-service system had a keyboard for car rental customers! The staff typically suggest upgrades or insurance purchases. They might seem displeased if you decline, but it’s understandable.
