I rented 2 cars with my family for 2 days. We originally booked to pick up the car at 8:30, but due to delays in our schedule, we picked it up at 12:50 and the reservation was canceled. We had to rent another 8-seater car for 174 Euros. The rental contract clearly stated the fuel level was 3/8, but I returned it with 4/8 fuel. The car rental company still charged 115.98 Euros for a full tank and 12.5 service fee and tax... This is a very poor car rental company.
