First order: The flight was delayed, and the staff left on time at 8:30 PM, so I had to cancel. Second order: Arrived at the store in the afternoon but was told there was no reservation. The staff were okay, but after communicating with the rental company for a long time, they still had no car available. It was a hassle for the whole family.

Overall satisfied, but the waiting time for car return was quite long as we had to wait for vehicle inspection before being taken to the airport. The car had 30,000 kilometers on it.
