Very satisfied. Due to changes in my itinerary, I needed to pick up the car earlier and return it later, and the customer service was very accommodating. Rented the car for 11 days and drove from Sydney to Cairns without any issues. Great experience!
Quite satisfied; the service was thorough, and the procedures were simple. If you use the electronic toll system, there's a $5 fee per transaction. However, there are few toll roads.
