Picked up the car over the weekend, the terminal counter was closed, so I had to complete the procedures in the parking lot. It wasn't hard to find by following the instructions on the counter.

Would be helpful if company does not show that there’s rav4 when we were
Told by Avis they do not have rav4 in their fleet of cars. The car tyres were not checked for pressure before handover and we need to stop by gas station to pump up the tyre pressure.
The service exceed my expectation and we were given a new car with 100km mileage. Car is clean and model as booked. Service at counter is excellent.
