The car was too old and the next morning when we were about to set off for a self-drive trip, it wouldn't start. We notified the staff and were told someone would come by 4 PM. After they fixed the problem, we had to drive the car to a garage for a battery replacement. By the time everything was done, it was nighttime and we had to cancel our plans for the day. The store also said they wouldn't charge for that day's rental but in the end, they didn't refund us.

The car was perfect! Very satisfied.

受付カウンターではなく、電話連絡でした。連絡後、直ぐに車を用意してくれ、待ち時間無しで利用できました。また、返却も空港の指定場所にて待合せを行い、スムーズに返却出来ました。総じて、受付カウンターが無くても、問題無かったです。

毎回、アプリで予約して利用させて頂いています。非常に使いやすく満足しています。
