この会社は本当にひどいです。最初に必ずフル保険を購入するように言われて、100ドル以上追加されました。さらにひどいのは、e-tollの料金について何も言われておらず、最終的に自分で払う羽目になりました。車を返却した後、カードから直接引き落とされ、一言の説明もなし。本当に最低です！

Small company, average service. Since I didn’t buy the car rental company’s insurance, a deposit of 1000 AUD was required, which was quite a bit of a rip-off. I recommend buying full insurance at the store with this company, it's even cheaper.
