Great service. I initially planned to pick up the car earlier. The customer service contacted the rental company on my behalf, and they agreed. However, due to Bangkok's traffic, I arrived 30 minutes later than expected, almost at closing time. The staff were still very welcoming and waited for me.

The service was excellent, and the waiting time was very short.

Staff was friendly, vehicle collection was a breeze. Overall tme taken to complete the documentation was less than 5mins.

Managing my expectations. Would have been great if confirmation of my booking from the car rental company is instantaneous. Had to wait within the next 24hrs for confirmation reply.

I always rent from here, close to my house. Easy pick up and drop off. Occasionally get upgraded. Very helpful staff.
