Pickup process was too slow

I bought full insurance through the car rental platform, but when picking up the car, the rental company said it was not full coverage and that I would need to pay an additional 100 euros for it. However, the final charge for this insurance was over 170 euros. Initially, I didn't want to buy this insurance, but if I didn't, the deposit would be 1400 euros; with this insurance, it reduced to 400 euros. I ended up buying it, but I'm not very satisfied.

Car was upgraded, and that was extremely appreciated, however the car was filthy both inside and out.

The staff member was awesome! Incredibly professional, helpful & friendly. Given that it was incredibly busy and he was on his own.
