It's alright

Overall satisfied, but persuaded to buy a fuel service for returning the car with less than a full tank. I thought it would save time, but there was a gas station just 100 meters from the store. It takes only a minute to refuel, making the service redundant and a bit of a rip-off.

Average. Booked an Opel but got an MG3 instead. Very disappointing! Not as expected.

The service was good and the vehicle description was accurate, but they didn't let me see the car first. I didn't know if a compact car would fit all my luggage, so I had to upgrade. Nobody came to help me with the car, and there was no explanation about the car's condition. Since I don't speak any English, my daughter had to find someone to show us how to use the car.

Exceeded expectations and resolved all of the issues which were outside of their control
