Overall, it's okay, but they seem understaffed. The paperwork takes a long time, and there is a wait for the car. I was in a hurry and had to take a dirty car as they didn't have time to wash it.

My only criticism was that the Vancouver was way understaffed!! Fortunately I ran to be first in line at when the shuttle dropped off, but there was only one person at the desk. Longer line to pick up was noted when I dropped off. Vancouver location quite odd--an old chinese restaurant with booths still n place.

full size car at this location is intermediate size compare with other suppliers.

The car and staff were great. Polite, professional and informative. Job well done.

0 customer service. I needed help to start the car at remote area they did not help me. I’m very disappointed with the service.
