Just because it's the National Day holiday, the pick-up took a bit long

This is a scam shop, 1. 20 minutes late for pick-up. 2. Originally rented a Honda Accord but was given a beat-up Toyota RAV4, how can you tell an extra scratch from a car full of them? 3. Extra charges specifically targeting Chinese customers. When returning the car, a lady said everything was fine. Then a man came out, inspected the car thoroughly, claimed there was a defect on the door, but the comparison with previous photos showed otherwise. He also pointed out paint damage inside the door, claiming it was our fault. This spot is never checked during inspection. This shop is clearly targeting Chinese customers.

tried to change a booking but it got a bit complicated,so we just cancelled and rebooked

The car was ok, but not very clean. The two front tyres were too low in air. The receptionist was friendly, but constantly speaking to her colleague in a foreign language (chinese??), which I thought was not very nice at all. She did ask her male colleague to look at the tyres and he put more air into them. When we pointed out the uncleaned boot space, he took the car and lateron returned it cleaned.

The car could have been better prepared before we came to pick it up. The receptionist could have spoken english while we were at the desk, waiting for her to complete paperwork.
