The rental and return process is quite convenient. The vehicle condition is also good, so you can use it with confidence. However, it's best not to change the car model at the counter as the price difference from the app quote can be significant. If there's no car available for an exchange, you can request a similar car without an extra charge.

The service was good, no need to queue, but they try to upsell you to upgrade the car, which is a bit annoying.
