Very satisfied

Overall service was pretty good, but the contract did not state that the fuel level at return must match the level at pickup. When we got the car, it only had two bars of fuel, not a full tank. This made it hard to gauge how much fuel to add when returning the car. We ended up having to pay an extra 15 Euros because the tank was slightly underfilled. Other companies operate on a full-to-full policy. I can't help but feel there's a bit of trickery involved.

The car was great. Spacious ans comfortable. We loved that it's white and easy to drive. The only downside is that It smelled like cigarette
