I had to repeatedly ask the repair center myself. This rental location is really unreliable. I had to keep pushing them throughout the process, fearing that repairs wouldn't be done in time for my afternoon trip to Pattaya. They only offered repairs and refused to provide a replacement. It took until nearly 4 PM in the 36-degree heat before I received a new car. The person who replaced the car laughed and apologized for being late – it felt intentional. Clearly, they had cars available. We were three women, and one of my friends was moved to tears out of frustration. After renting cars for so many years, Hertz is definitely one to avoid!
