Extremely satisfied

When returning the car, other company staff were assigned for inspection and scammed me out of 10 euros for a basic car wash (just sprayed the exterior with water without wiping, and didn’t clean the interior at all) in Montenegro.

This was our first time renting from Alamo. The procedures were quick, there was no queue when we arrived, and the staff were very courteous and professional. For crossing Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia, and Montenegro for 22 days, they charged us a cross-border fee of 50 euros. Others we met on the road said they were charged 60 euros for crossing just one country. Alamo seems to be more reasonable. Towards the end of our trip, we scratched the car door at a guesthouse. It was a noticeable scratch but didn't require panel beating, just some paintwork. We spoke with the staff when returning the car, and they said it was no big deal and not to worry about it.
