Average, had to wait a long time to pick up the car

Great service. No need for a credit card prepayment. Picking up and dropping off the car was a smooth process with no checks or hassles. It feels like this company is doing charity work, haha.

They were not patient in answering questions. For instance, the fuel tank indicator wasn't clear, which resulted in the car running out of fuel on the road. They also didn't mention anything about highway issues.

We forgot to ask if it was HGS or OGS when picking up the car. Later, we were told the car had HGS, and we needed to buy a package for 20 Euros to use it. We bargained it down to 50 Lira, about 75 RMB, as we only used it for a small segment from Ephesus to Izmir and from Pamukkale to Ephesus. Others in our group paid around 30 Lira, and they were charged only for the actual usage of the toll roads. Additionally, a 700 Lira pre-authorization was placed after returning the car. Just yesterday, I noticed a 1 Lira charge, and I'm not sure why.

Due to a quick flight, I arrived an hour early but the car was ready. No on selling of unwanted insurance by Cizgi staff, which was greatly appreciated.
