Very efficient. Even if you arrive outside business hours, there will be staff waiting for you. The self-driving experience in Kota Kinabalu is also very good, much better compared to Kuala Lumpur. If you're in Malaysia and want to try right-hand driving, I still recommend going to Kota Kinabalu.
